At NYNY, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy, by booking a session with our fitness experts you are consenting to this policy. If you are booking within the 24 hours, this still applies to you, once you take it it is yours. We charge 100% for no shows, moves within 24 hours and reschedules.

If you cancel your session day of you will be charged 100%. If you need to reschedule day of you will be charged 100%. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 100% Your appointments are reserved for you and they are linked to a time slot, we cannot go into the next slot, if you are late you are still charged 100%. Your session is tied to a time slot, we will do our best to accommodate you if we have the flexibility in our schedule to do so.
